Snapforms (snapforms.com.au) is a cloud-based online forms SaaS that allows users to create and share online forms to improve processes and collect data with ease. The software supports the needs of many of Australia’s largest brands. They are looking for a ‘Jack of All Trades’ Growth Marketer to get involved in all areas of growth and marketing for the company. You will take a lead role in the marketing side of the company with room to grow as they continue to grow.
You will own the online customer journey experience and are an expert in all things email, with skills in content creation, creative copywriting, marketing automation and CRM analytics. You have experience in building dynamic email campaigns, nurture programs and customer journeys through multiple platforms including email and SMS. General experience in social media management, event management, organic and paid marketing with an analytical data-driven approach is highly desired.

The team is ultimately responsible for answering customer enquiries and solving their problems, but they also play a key role in product development by connecting customer feedback with different areas of the business. In this role, you will be responsible for all the above, while also contributing to process improvements and assisting in the development of new training systems and customer experience initiatives that will ensure we deliver the best customer experience possible.
As a Product Manager at Linktree, you will work in cross-functional squads with engineers, designers, and analysts. You will lead your squad to deliver changes in your product area that deliver on the Product Strategy and Roadmap, and drive our OKRs and measures of success. Working with Senior Product Managers, Group Product Managers and Head of Product, you will have strong leaders and mentors to work and collaborate with.
On a day-to-day basis, you’ll work with our Product Marketing Manager and key stakeholders within our start-ups (including sales/commercialisation, product and support) to devise and execute new and creative growth experiments, plan and execute lead generation (TOFU) and nurture journey campaigns (MOFU), and engagement/referral (BOFU). Most importantly, you’ll measure and report on your experimentation efforts’ performance, identify trends across our market (competitors and target audience), and highlight usable insights to feed back into the business, product and marketing strategies.
